Hey all.

We're going to do a Summer Barbeque and a short HOA meeting. When works best for everyone? We're thinking August 5th, 7th or 8th.
Give me your input then I'll make up the fliers!

New Landscaper!!

Our very own Jon B. has stepped up to the plate and is doing the landscaping for Quaillane! We're excited to have someone on site to work on the yard! His wife, Jen, is also out there six months pregnant and helping out!

Condo for Sell

We have put our condo up for sell. If anyone knows of anyone that is looking please turn them to us. We have just out grown it with two kids.

Driveway and Walkways

We did find and hire someone to come and plow and salt the parking lot and driveway. He will come when needed, but just as an FYI- he won't come on Sundays unless absolutely necessary. We'll still need to take care of the walkways. Mark, Connie, and Cliff have done a really good job so far, but we can all pitch in. There should be a shovel in the pool closet. There is a big orange bucket of ice melt under the stairs, I think right now it is in the north building. Thanks for everyone's help keeping the property safe during winter weather!
